- Registered nurse in Connecticut and New York. Worked in clinical settings with concentrations in post-surgical cardiac intensive care, recovery room, and emergency medicine.

- Over 25 years’ experience as a board member of a complex geriatric health care system in Connecticut.
- Former member of multiple nonprofit boards.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Syracuse University.

In compliance with Connecticut General Statutes §20-675(a), we include the following in our Connecticut agreement:
“Elders Choice of PA shall maintain necessary state licensures and registrations, including required surety bond and general liability insurance. Client shall maintain appropriate liability coverage to protect the Care Provider, such as, homeowners, renters or umbrella liability insurance.”
“Elders Choice of PA shall not be liable for any acts or omissions of a Care Provider, including but not limited to the operation of a motor vehicle. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Elders Choice of PA from any claims and liabilities (including legal defense costs and expenses) attributable to or arising out of any injury to persons or property resulting from or caused by any such acts or omissions”
